| Like the original Spenco
Polysorb Cross Trainer the Spenco Polysorb Low Profile replacement
insole combines the classic green “Closed Cell” nitrogen
injected Neoprene cushion that made Spenco famous with a specially
contoured, lightweight polyurethane base (yellow) to provide long
lasting cushion comfort. The difference between the Spenco Polysorb
Low Profile insoles and the Polysorb Cross Trainer insoles is the
thickness. The Polysorb Low Profile insoles are considerably thinner
than the Polysorb Cross Trainer insoles and are designed to fit in
shoes that the Cross Trainer insoles can’t (such as dress and
casual shoes). |

| Spenco Polysorb
Low Profile insoles are considerably thinner than their athletic counterparts.
The heel is 1/4 inch thinner than the Polysorb Cross Trainer and the
forefoot is 3/16 inches thinner. While the Spenco Polysorb Low Profile
insole doesn’t provide as much shock absorption as the Polysorb
Cross Trainers they are designed for shoes that typically not used
for high impact activities. |

Shoes |
| Most casual shoes have
only thin removable insoles. These insoles may provide a little extra
cushioning but the reality is that most shoe companies use inexpensive
foam inlays that provide little cushioning and flatten out quickly.
Replacing these cheaper insoles with a Spenco Polysorb Low Profile
insole will add considerable cushioning to any casual walking shoe. |

Shoes |
| Spenco Polysorb Low Profile
insoles can also be used in most men’s and some women’s
leather soled dress shoes. Their thin profile but substantial cushioning
give even hard leather soled shoes a softer and bouncier feel.
