This
is a great example of a foot with an extra high arch. One characteristic
of a foot with an extra high arch is that there is an arch on
both the inside and outside of the foot. People with this type
of foot can slide a strip of paper under one side of their arch
and out the other with out the paper ever touching the bottoms
of their feet. This is because their arch is so high that the
center of the foot never touches the ground.
