Options & Order Processing Time

Orders
are processed in the order that we receive them. Order processing
time typically takes 2 - 4 days but can, on occasion, take up to
6 days when the order volume is particularly high.

Feet
Relief ships products Via the US Postal Service
Priority Mail takes about 3 to 5 days.
First Class Mail takes about 5 to 8 days.

The
First Class Mail option is only available on orders less than
13 ounces. When you place orders for multiple products and
their combined weight (including the weight of the packaging)
is over 13 ounces you will automatically be charged Priority
Mail rates and the order will be sent via Priority Mail.
Priority Mail usually takes 3 to 5 days anywhere in the continental
US. This is not guaranteed but 95% of the time, it gets there
in that time frame. Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii sometimes
takes a few extra days.

If an order is placed on line for an item that is out of stock we
will contact you within 10 days to inform you of how long it will
be until we get the item back in. At that point We will offer you
a choice to cancel your order, change your order to another product
that is in stock or just wait out the back order until the item
comes in. Most back orders are resolved quickly because of our close
proximity to several large distributors but several items occasionally
experience protracted back orders due to supplier shortages. We
will do our best to contact you by phone in either event. If you
